This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how NeoHumanCode ("NeoHumanCode", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal information when you access or use our website, digital platforms, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

NeoHumanCode is a platform dedicated to human development, outreach, education, consciousness, and personal and professional evolution. We generate personalized digital reports with the assistance of artificial intelligence, drawing on interpretive methodologies that integrate holistic and scientific disciplines.

NeoHumanCode is not a provider of medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare services. Our reports are educational, informational, and reflective in nature.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all personal information collected through our website (neohumancode.com), digital platforms, applications, self-knowledge tools, and any services offered by NeoHumanCode.

3. Consent and Legal Bases

We collect and process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Consent: When you register, complete forms, use self-knowledge tools, or subscribe to email communications.

Credit or debit card data is NOT stored by NeoHumanCode. This data is managed entirely by the payment providers.

5. Voluntary Self-Knowledge Data

The birth-related and associated data you provide for report generation constitutes what we call "Voluntary Self-Knowledge Data." This information is provided voluntarily by you for the purposes of self-knowledge and personal development.

This is not medical, clinical, or diagnostic data. We use it exclusively to generate personalized reports based on holistic methodologies as described in our Terms and Conditions.

This data is not shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. You may request its deletion at any time by contacting us at legal@neohumancode.com.

6. How We Collect Your Data

We collect information through the following means:

Through registration forms, self-knowledge tools, and direct communications.

Through cookies (5 in total, detailed in Section 9), a first-party cookieless measurement described in that same Section, and server-side analytics. Cloudflare Analytics operates server-side and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

From payment processors, limited to transaction confirmations.

All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with applicable regulations. NeoHumanCode does not sell personal data under any circumstances.

9. Cookies and Storage

Our website uses five (5) first-party cookies: session (24 hours, essential), language (1 year, functional), password reset (10 minutes, essential), referral (30 days, functional) and Google sign-in (24 hours, essential):

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not store personal data in browser storage.

The welcome video on the home page plays from our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, listed in Section 8), the same one that hosts this site: no third party is involved. Until you choose to play it, the page makes no request to the video service and sets no cookies for this purpose.

Cookieless measurement: to understand how the site is used we store nothing on your device. Our server derives an identifier from your IP address and your browser, combined with an internal key that changes every day; that identifier lets us avoid counting the same visit twice within a day, cannot be reversed to obtain your IP, and cannot link your visits across different days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service (Section 6).

10. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard security measures, including:

Password encryption (never stored in plain text)
Encryption in transit and at rest for all communications and stored data
Restricted data access controls

While we implement reasonable, industry-standard security measures, no data transmission or storage system is completely invulnerable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

When you delete your account, all your personal data is immediately and permanently erased. This includes: account information, self-knowledge and birth data, generated reports, and activity logs. This action is irreversible — there is no recovery period. Payment records are retained only as required by applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings on the platform.

Backups and technical logs: we keep encrypted backups of our databases for a maximum of 35 days (daily backups) and 400 days (monthly backups). Data already deleted may persist in those backups until they expire; backups are not used to restore deleted accounts and are only restored in the event of a technical incident that requires it. Technical logs of report processing are automatically deleted within a maximum of 14 days. Providers that process data on our behalf (email delivery, AI-assisted processing, hosting) keep technical logs for their own limited periods, in accordance with their terms of service.

WhatsApp channel: if you used our Services only via WhatsApp, without an account on the platform, you may request the deletion of your data and conversations by writing to legales@neohumancode.com from the same phone number or stating it in your request.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located in different countries. We apply appropriate safeguards, including encrypted connections and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable, to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Your Rights

You have rights over your personal data under applicable laws:

14. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete such information.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

When changes are substantial, we will notify you at least 30 calendar days before they take effect, through a notice on the platform and, where applicable, by email. During that period you may reject the updated Policy and request the deletion of your account without any penalty.
